Fees
Fixed or Hourly based
It is usual to agree a fixed fee for Court hearings. Hourly fees may be agreed for other work although usually we are able to give a fixed fee alternative if required.
Hourly fees are in the range of £175 to £250 per hour plus VAT depending on complexity and nature of the work required.
Payment
Fees are agreed before the commencement of work and our normal practice is that fees are required to be paid in advance of any court attendance or work submission. Chambers preference is for fees to be paid online by bank transfer -cash payments are not accepted.
Conditional Fees
We do not usually enter into such arrangements although we are happy to consider such requests which are evaluated on the particular circumstances and merits of the case - please email for further details.
